TEMPE PUBLIC
MARKET CAFE
TEMPE, ARIZONA
2018
The second chapter of Chef Aaron Chamberlin’s Public Market Cafe is a 3,190-square-foot remodel that transforms an abandoned Circle K gas station into an extension of Chamberlin’s unique farm-to-table brand. The restaurant is surrounded by vegetable gardens, an airy shade canopy, and a publicly accessible park with a community fireplace. Reclaimed concrete from the original parking lot was re-used to create raised planting beds to grow herbs, fruits and vegetables for the restaurant and bar.
